Help Build a K-9 Law Enforcement Training Facility

$100,000 Funding Goal

We're Building Something Different

Every day, K-9 teams and their handlers put their lives on the line to protect our communities. When they are called to search for missing persons, detect explosives, or track dangerous suspects, their training becomes the difference between life and death.

Here is the challenge.

Many of these brave teams are forced to train in borrowed spaces or inadequate facilities that don't prepare them for the real dangers they'll face in the field.

A Training Facility That Saves Lives

We're developing a dedicated K-9 training facility to serve law enforcement agencies across New England. This purpose-built center will feature outdoor training areas, real-world simulation environments, and specialized courses for detection, tracking, and search operations.

Connected to the York County Regional Training Center with secure, controlled access, it will become a regional hub where K-9 teams develop critical skills for complex, dangerous situations—keeping officers and communities safe.

Your Gift Creates Lasting Impact

Your donation directly funds the equipment and infrastructure that makes professional K-9 training possible:

  • K-9 Training Obstacles: $40,000 for comprehensive course equipment
  • Security Fencing: $25,000 for safe, controlled training environment
  • Building Search Training Boxes: $18,000 for realistic scenario training
  • Site Preparation: $6,000 for proper facility groundwork
  • Storage Facility: $6,000 for equipment and maintenance needs
  • Narcotics Detection Wall: $5,000 for specialized detection training

"A regionalized K-9 training center is critical for developing highly efficient and skilled K-9 teams. These teams will enhance public safety, reduce crime, offer a non-lethal, efficient alternative for suspect apprehension, allow for the detection of illegal narcotics, and provide the ability to track and locate missing or lost individuals."
